We previously reviewed the latest national report for one-bedroom vacation rental cleaning costs in the second quarter of 2021. Now, let’s take a look at the averages for two-bedroom vacation rental cleaning costs nationwide.

The average vacation rental cleaning cost for a two-bedroom property nationwide in the second quarter was $72.11. This price saw an increase of over five perfect compared to last quarter.

Similarly, one- and three-bedroom properties saw an increase over the first quarter’s averages. One-bedroom cleaning costs went up nearly two percent, while three-bedroom costs went up 5.5%.

Hawaii reported the highest cleaning costs for a two-bedroom property. Indiana saw the lowest cost at just $51.58.
